Veronica Hackett and her staff are absolutely wonderful!!! I recently has two situations with two different insurance companies. I had a problem with one company and instead of me getting out of character, I phoned Veronica and she had it handled and settled within 45 minutes or less. I know we all have auto insurance and are very comfortable with our agent; but I must tell you that for the first time in my life I have an agent who works for me when I don't even know it. Veronica constantly seeks to lower my insurance rate. I never had an agent to work so fast after sending her a text or phone call.

Ready to Ride helped save a lot on my auto insurance. When I turned 25 I figured my insurance rates would drop. I called Ready to Ride and they quoted me a price that was 600 less for a 12 month policy. They were able to search the rates of a couple different companies and helped me choose the best coverage for me and my family.

There's no point in calling individual agencies when you can call one number and get a quote tailored to give you the best value.

've been a customer of Ready to Ride Insurance for over 9 years. I was referred to Ready to Ride, by a co-worker. At the time, I had auto insurance but the premiums were high and RTR was able to find me a better deal. RTR is very knowledgeable about various aspects of auto insurance; full coverage, collision, rental reimbursement, medical and so forth, and, after assessing my situation, RTR was able to tell me what I needed and what I didn't need. After getting the auto insurance recommended, I was very satisfied with the coverage. And my satisfaction remains to this very day. If I have questions about my coverage RTR is always readily available to give me answers and to help me in any way they can. Every 6 months RTR follows up with me to see how my current insurance is working out, but also, they always search to find me an even better rate. I have to emphasize just how knowledgeable RTR is about auto insurance. Through our conversations they have helped me understand my rates; why it is I'm paying what I pay.

For example, there have been periods throughout the years when my rate increased due to accidents, tickets, relocating to another area...and RTR thoroughly explains my rate increases or decreases with clarity. If you want personalized customer service from an auto insurance company who is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, persistent (in finding coverage that best fits you) and super friendly, I definitely recommend RTR
